You Won't Believe the Month We Had

Last month, it was all hands on deck.

You know how it goes—one call-off turns into a domino effect: spring flu, car trouble, kids home sick. With a lean crew like ours, even one person out makes a huge difference. And in April? We were missing more than a few.

At full strength, we run with 16 people—though we really need 20. We’re still looking for another warehouse hand, two testers, and a float welder. So when folks are out, there’s no extra cushion.

But we didn’t hit pause. We hit the floor.

Everyone pitched in. The office team made hangers right at their desks. Sales rolled up their sleeves and helped wherever they could. Even our president was out there, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the shop crew, quietly setting the tone for all of us. We came in early, stayed late, and made sure every order that came through still made it out on time.

No temp help. No shortcuts. Just the crew we had, doing what needed to be done.

Of course, sharing some pizza, donuts, and a little ice cream helped keep our spirits up–and gave us the fuel we needed to keep going. What we do isn’t glamorous, but it’s honest work that makes a difference. And we’re proud of how we showed up for it. Our team’s commitment carried us through.

New Driver on the Road: Meet Dallas

We also brought on a new driver this month — Dallas. He’s quiet, but solid. Already proving himself both on the road and around the shop. If he stops by your site, make him feel welcome. We’re lucky to have him.

Price Stability (Finally)

Tariff impacts seem to be easing—pipe and material pricing has mostly settled. Quotes are still valid for 24 hours, just in case things shift again. If anything major happens, we’ll keep you in the loop.
